A Day in the Life at Fleurtations day 43

  • A day for bonfires and dark chocolate brazils.
  • Up very late but hey, it's Sunday when the flower market is closed and life takes on a slightly more relaxed mode.
  • Shower, ready, down to put the plants out, have to pick one of the little dudes up from a "sleep over", cutting it fine, take out some deliveries at the same time, the yound lady at Specsavers is bowled over by the flower bouquet.
  • Back, breakfast, check emails, more Jellycat orders plus Valentines roses (now why did they go to that page?).
  • Sort out some weblinks, back out to finish the bonfire project, the new Christmas trees arrive tomorrow and as yet there is nowhere to put them.
  • The flames are as high as the house surely someone will be phoning the firebrigade, capture the whole event on the camcorder whilst eating a box of dark chocolate brazils, it's pretty spectacular.
  • Shop closes and it's time for lunch, an absolutely delicious affair, followed by one of Errol's famous apple crumbles with ice cream.
  • Out comes the laptop, on media player I select a cracking band called "The Hold Steady" they have a very interesting vocal style which takes a little while to get used to but when you do it's fantastic, this particular album is called "Seperation Sunday".
  • This evenings SEO centres on the gift bag section found at http://www.fleurtations.uk.com/gift_bags.asp this section contains bags by Cath Kidston, Alfonso Mucha and Flametree starting from 79 pence.
  • The rest of the evening is taken up sorting out bills, speeding fines and yet another bus lane violation.
  • Finish the evening with an old episode of "House", time for bed, it's going to be a very busy day tomorrow.
