I suppose that you are all aware by now that Jellycat have ‘pulled the plug’ on another swath of independent shop owners. I personally think that it’s disgraceful how they have treated small businesses, many of whom have supported them for over 25 years. They don’t seem to realise that these companies and small shop keepers were responsible for their success in the first place, constantly promoting them on the social media platforms and giving them an unprecedented, free, high street presence.

All that said, it’s time to move on, we personally have been very lucky to find several other plush soft toy companies that are actually nice people to work with and have genuine integrity. The most interesting for you, from a Jellycat perspective, is Teddy Hermann, a German company founded in 1912.
They have been perfecting the ‘cute’ expression for over 100 years, and they have come up with some absolutely gorgeous designs.
