A Day in the Life at Fleurtations day 46

  • A day on the run, a struggle to stay in front.
  • Freezing, the gas has gone out, shower - tepid cold, ready, down to check emails, off to the flower market.
  • Todays CD "Out of Season" by Beth Gibbons and Rustin Man, four great songs and the rest are pretty good as well.
  • Need to pick up lots more winter pansy and primulas because I have re-ordered a pallet of blue, green and black ceramic containers and they arrive hopefully this week.
  • Back, put the trees out, breakfast, trying to hurry but there's a succession of phonecalls about chocoloates, ceramics, new boards, life cover and advertising.
  • Finally make it out for 11.00, off to deliver car showroom flowers, full days maintenances and back to finish the dreaded hotel.
  • Back for 18.30, not bad, lots to do this evening, out comes the laptop. Tonights SEO concentrates on the business fraternity. This section is split into two pages, one to give examples of reception flowers and plants plus boardrooms and offices found at http://www.fleurtations.uk.com/office_landscapers.asp the other is an account request page with explanations about delivery, locations, invoicing etc. we have over 100 business customers who use us for special events, reception flowers, staff parties and birthdays etc.
  • Finish late again, I'm starting to look very old, time for bed.
